If you are a pickle lover, you have to try this Dill Pickle Pasta Salad! It's full of so much pickle flavor and it's the perfect side dish for all your summer grilled dinners.
It has pasta, chopped dill pickles, cubes of cheddar cheese, and finely diced onion all tossed in a creamy dill pickle dressing. My family is full of pickle lovers so this is always a hit around here.

Ingredients
- Pasta - any small pasta shape will work, like rotini, shells, elbows.
- Mayo - you can use lite mayo if you prefer.
- Sour cream - this adds extra creaminess and a slight tang to the dressing.
- Dill pickle juice - make sure you're using dill pickle juice and not bread and butter pickle juice or your pasta salad will be sweet.
- Dried dill - you can use fresh dill if you have it.
- Pickles - I recommend using mini pickles for this recipe because their skins are thinner and they don't have as many seeds as larger pickles.
- Cheddar cheese - you could use colby jack cheese as well.
- Onion - white or yellow, whatever you have. You want to dice it very finely so you don't have big chunks of raw onion in your pasta salad.
