Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake is an easy 5 ingredient dinner recipe. Pasta, chicken, and a creamy, spicy sauce with lots of cheese. Great for rotisserie chicken!

If you need a quick dinner that requires minimal ingredients, this is it. It's just 5 ingredients (you probably already have most of them in the fridge too!) and it's ready in about 30 minutes.
It's a pasta bake with shredded chicken, ranch, buffalo sauce, and cheese. It's creamy, cheesy, a little bit spicy, and just really delicious.
If you're worried about the buffalo sauce being too spicy, I think the ranch and cheese really cools down the heat. You could also use a mild buffalo sauce.

Ingredients
- Pasta - any small pasta shape will work. I used penne but you could use rotini, farfalle, etc.
- Chicken - I like to use a rotisserie chicken for recipes like this. You could also cook your own chicken or even use canned chicken.
- Ranch - use your favorite brand of ranch. You can even use the lighter version.
- Buffalo sauce - use your favorite buffalo sauce.
- Cheddar cheese - you could use colby jack or a Mexican blend if you hav eit on hand.

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake
- Cook pasta. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Combine. To the mixing bowl, add chicken, ranch, buffalo sauce, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer. Transfer to a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake. Bake at 350F for 15 - 20 minutes until bubbly.
How Long Is It Good For?
This pasta bake will be good for up to 3 days in the fridge. Make sure to store it in an airtight container. I like to use this casserole dish to bake it so I can just pop the top on once it's cooled.
Reheat in the microwave or oven when you are ready to serve.
Can You Freeze It?
You can freeze it for up to 3 months. I use silicone freezer trays to freeze pastas in individual portions. That way you can just defrost one portion when you need it.
When you are ready to serve it, let it defrost overnight and reheat in the microwave or oven.
