Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders are baked sliders based on the sandwich by the same name. They have turkey, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan cheese, and a buttery glaze on top.

I love a baked slider for an easy weeknight dinner or as a party snack. These are based on the famous Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich, which is an open faced turkey sandwich with bacon, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and a rich mornay sauce poured all over the top. It's definitely a fork and knife sandwich.
These have all the same ingredients but we're skipping the mornay sauce so that they're handheld sliders. The tops of the buns get brushed with a delicious buttery glaze before baking though!
They're so delicious and really easy to put together. You could have it on the table in 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- Hawaiian rolls - you're going to slice the entire loaf in half, keeping the sliders stuck together.
- Mayo
- Turkey - depending on the size of your slices of turkey, you may need more or less than the recipe calls for.
- Swiss cheese
- Tomatoes
- Bacon - fully cooked. I like to break up the bacon so that you aren't trying to cut through a whole slice of bacon when separating the sliders.
- Grated Parmesan - the Parmesan in the green can is just fine.
- Butter - this is for the glaze on top.
- Brown sugar - this gives the glaze just a hint of sweetness.
- Dijon mustard - you could use any type of mustard that you have on hand.
- Worcestershire sauce

How To Make Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders
- Prep rolls. Slice the loaf of rolls in half without separating the rolls.
- Layer. Spread mayo over the bottoms of the rolls. Top with turkey, swiss cheese, tomatoes, cooked bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
- Top. Top with the tops of the rolls.
- Make glaze. Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, dijon mustard, and worcestershire sauce until brown sugar has dissolved.
- Glaze. Brush the glaze over the top of the rolls, letting some of the glaze run down the sides.
- Bake. Bake at 350F for 10 - 12 minutes, until tops of rolls are golden brown.
How Long Are They Good For?
These sliders will be good for up to 4 days. Make sure you store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Keep in mind that the bread will lose moisture the longer it sits in the fridge so by day 4, you may have hard bread.
I would reheat them in the microwave when you are ready to enjoy them.
