Chicken Caesar Wraps are a delicious 10 minute meal that you're going to want to add to your dinner rotation! It's all the ingredients you love in a Caesar salad wrapped in flour tortillas.

Some nights you just need a dinner that requires literally no cooking. And these Chicken Caesar Wraps are perfect for nights like that.
These wraps are filled with everything you love about a Caesar salad. Chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and croutons all get tossed with Caesar dressing and then wrapped up.
You can use leftover chicken or grab a rotisserie chicken. All the ingredients get mixed up in one bowl and then wrapped in flour tortillas. And dinner is done!
These are also great for summer lunches when the kids are home or even for packing in a lunchbox.

Ingredients
- Chicken - you can use white or dark meat, whatever you prefer. This is a great recipe to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Romaine lettuce - romaine is the traditional lettuce used in Caesar salads. If you have another variety of lettuce on hand, feel free to use that instead.
- Cherry tomatoes - you can use other varieties of tomatoes if that's what you have on hand. If using a large, juicy tomato, you may want to squeeze some of the juice out so your wraps don't get soggy.
- Parmesan - I like to use shredded Parmesan for these wraps but you can use grated or shaved.
- Croutons - use your favorite brand of croutons or you can make your own with stale bread.
- Caesar dressing - use your favorite bottled Caesar dressing or you can make your own.
- Black pepper - we're skipping salt because the Parmesan and croutons probably have more than enough salt for this recipe.
- Flour tortillas - the big burrito size tortillas so that you can put lots of filling and still have them roll nicely.

How To Make Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Combine. In a large mixing bowl, stir together chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, Parmesan, croutons, Caesar dressing, and black pepper until everything is coated in the dressing.
- Assemble. Place ¼ of the mixture onto each flour tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Serve. Serve with extra Caesar salad for dipping.
How Long Are They Good For?
These are best as soon as they are assembled because the croutons will start to get soggy the longer they sit, but they are fine to eat for up to 3 days. Make sure to store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
You can serve them straight from the fridge or warm them in the microwave or on the stove.

What To Serve With It?
I like to serve these as a super easy lunch of dinner so for lunch, I would pair them with potato chips and some fruit. For dinner, you could do the same or put some frozen french fries in the oven.
My Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes would also be delicious with it!
