Baked Caesar Chicken calls for just 3 ingredients and is ready in less than 30 minutes! Thin chicken breasts baked in tangy, garlicky Caesar dressing and topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
This Baked Caesar Chicken is the current favorite chicken recipe in my house. My kids LOVE a Caesar salad so of course they love this chicken that’s baked in Caesar dressing and then topped with Parmesan cheese.
It’s super easy, super quick, and so full of flavor that no one will know just how easy it was!
Why You’re Going To Love This Recipe
- This Baked Caesar Chicken calls for only 3 ingredients! And they’re all simple ingredients that you may already have in your fridge. That half empty bottle of Caesar dressing that’s been in the fridge for 3 months will finally get used!
- It’s ready in just 30 minutes! Prepping this chicken literally takes 5 minutes and since we used thin-sliced chicken breasts, they bake in about 20 minutes.
- This chicken is so flavorful and delicious. Caesar dressing is full of tangy, garlicky flavor and gives the chicken so much flavor. Plus, the Parmesan on top makes it even tastier!
Ingredients
- Thin-sliced chicken breasts – you can buy them thinly sliced or buy regular boneless, skinless chicken breasts and slice them yourself. You could also use thighs if you prefer but make sure to slice or pound them thin so they cook quickly.
- Caesar dressing – use your favorite store-bought or homemade dressing. I like one that’s labeled “creamy caesar” for this recipe. I use my local grocery’s store’s brand of dressing in this recipe.
- Grated Parmesan cheese – the green can grated cheese works perfectly in this recipe or you can grate a block of Parmesan yourself.
- Parsley – this is optional to sprinkle on top when serving but it adds a nice pop of color and bright flavor to the dish.
